Over his illustrious career, he has phenohunted over 50,000 seeds, dedicating more than 20 years to high-quality Greenhouse and Indoor cultivation, generating millions of seeds, and participating in over 60 global competitions.
With a Business degree, a decade of C-Suite experience and working in the Fintech/Banking industry; he even took an automotive parts manufacturer public in Asia.
Today, as the visionary behind 4Plant, Steven provides a groundbreaking framework for licensed producers. He empowers them to source and develop their unique cultivars from high-quality breeding stock while meeting demanding criteria such as high THC content, yield metrics, and clinical requirements. Beyond cultivation, his startup delves into the Biotech arena, pioneering significant editing and engineering of the cannabis plant.
Currently, Steven dedicates the majority of his time to bolstering cannabis companies. He does so through fractional c-suite roles, where he addresses critical aspects of business strategy, product development, and market analysis in the highly fragmented and regulated global cannabis industry. His prestigious client list boasts some of the largest producers in North America and Europe.
