Nick Tulloch

 I have long felt that the future for cbd and cannabis is for industry leaders to work together and support each other so I am delighted to be able to do that as part of the CTA Board.

The CTA welcomes Nick Tulloch to the board as Chairman.

Nick has successfully listed two CBD companies on UK stock exchanges.  He was instrumental in the first cannabis listing on the London Stock Exchange in 2019 as finance director and then subsequently CEO of Zoetic International plc (now Chill Brands Group plc).  Then in 2021 he listed Voyager Life plc, a company he had founded the previous year, on Aquis.

His involvement in the cannabis industry began in 2018 when he advised Zoetic in its transformation from an oil & gas business to CBD, helping the company take over a growing facility in western Colorado and create two brands in the US and UK.  Zoetic had interests in cultivation, seed production, manufacturing and retail and Nick took that experience to Voyager which began operations in 2020. Building on his fundraising knowledge, Voyager became in early 2021 the first multi-product CBD company to successfully complete a crowdfunding raise in the UK when it raised almost 5 times its target a little over 4 days into the campaign.

Voyager today is a manufacturer, supplier and retailer of CBD products with 100 formulations in its own brands and many more in its white label and private label ranges. From its head office in Perth, Scotland the company supplies three of its own stores as well as brands and third party stores across the United Kingdom.

Nick began his career as a solicitor and went on to specialise in corporate finance, advising companies on the UK capital markets for over 20 years and working for several well-known investment banks and stockbrokers. He holds a masters in law from Oxford University and is also chairman of DG Innovate plc and ECR Minerals plc.
